Oak Row Angus Cattle is located in central Michigan between Lansing and Grand Rapids and is a 6th generation family owned farm.   For more than 35 years we have been driven to produce high quality cattle, exclusivly utlizing A.I. and ET from some of the world\'s most prestigeous sires to serve our industry with the most dependable data and exceptional customer service.  We have maintained a discipline and dedication to our principals and not held to chase after the latest "trait fad" that happens to capture the attention and popularity of the purebred industry at any given time.  Our 60 cow base herd is forage managed and maintained with the commercial man\'s perspective in mind and superior females are the backbone of our program.  We are especially proud of our 7 Pathfinder females. 

We offer bull and females Private Treaty starting Jan. 1.  The 2009 Bull calves are out of OCC Missing Link, OCC Linebred and 2008 fall yearlings by TC Freedom and Bando 1961.  Our weaning weights from our non-creep fed calves are over 800 lbs. with our best calf at 921lbs.  That is a gain on grass and milk of 4.6 lbs. per day.  We believe in grass and forage conversion.

We will also offer our females after Jan. 1 and the 2009 calves are by OCC Prototype, OCC Linebred, OCC Missing Link.  They have 205 day non-creep fed weights of 700 + and are not being grain fed through the winter period.  They are thick, easy keeping, growing machines.  Our cow herd is sired by TC Freedom, OCC Glory, OCC Mitchel, Bando 1961, High Prime, 1407, BC Matrix, TC Grid Topper, MF Destroyer, SAV Successor, G13 Structure, Hoff Head of the Class, 004, 5175, Bushwacker 41-93 and Connealy  Lead On.  Check out our website www.oakrowangus.com for more information.  We hope to hear from you.
